I live in New York City and its around 1 million dollars to own a decent house in this crap hole. There is now way I will ever be able to make a million dollars by playing the corporate game. So short of winning the lottery, I’ve decided my only way to a small fortune (which is needed if you want to be a home owner here) is to scheme. Maybe if i am really really lucky… one of them might work!
